Cashmere Scarf – Grey with Orange Edge
Artisanal weaving with hand-dyeing and hand-printing, using fine goat hair from Kashmir.
Our cashmere is made in India.
Its softness and weave make it a rare piece. This lightweight yet warm material comes from the wool of goats in the Kashmir region. At the end of winter, the down is collected by brushing the goats, which have developed a thick woolly coat covered with long hairs to protect themselves from the cold.
Cashmere is a fine, very soft, and silky fiber. Although extremely lightweight, it provides excellent warmth. Because it is rare, it is considered a luxury fiber.
