Track your package on colissimo.fr. In case of absence, a notice is left in your mailbox and you have 15 days to collect it from your post office.
Your order will be processed with care and shipped within 72 working hours by La Poste - Colissimo
Product return
Any return request must be made via the contact form or in response to the messages we send you for order processing.
In accordance with the legal provisions, within 14 days of receipt of your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not have to justify reasons or pay a penalty. With the exception of the return costs, which are your responsibility, we will refund all the sums paid upon receipt of your return package.
In all cases, the items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, labelled, new, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the order number, to the address that we will indicate to you.

Returned items that do not meet the conditions listed above or that are spoiled, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded. We draw your attention to the fact that returns are the responsibility of the customer. We therefore advise you to use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
